The majority of our production comes from the 50 plus acres of glasshouses that are owned and run by our members. Primarily soil grown but also a small percentage of hydrophonic production methods. Certain crops that are not suited to glasshouse production are grown outdoors during the Summer months: Celery, Chinese Leaf, Iceberg and Little Gem Lettuce.

Products grown within our glasshouses consist of Round, Cos, Curly and Trio leaf Lettuce all of which are produced on a 52 week basis.
